Transformational Breathwork

This practice goes beyond the thinking mind, into the deeper intelligence of the body and unconscious - allowing us to access deeper states of wisdom and clarity.

This is trauma-informed transformational breathwork. A single breath sustained over time, through your mouth, into the belly and chest. I hold this practice in a safe container, with my presence and care, and guide you into a deeper and fuller breath.

What is breathwork?

This style of breathwork is a practice of sustained rhythmic breathing — in through the belly, into the chest, and released through the mouth. It is practiced lying down, with eyes closed and music carrying you through (or no music if you prefer).

This continuous breath guides you into deeper states of awareness and opens direct access to the body's intelligence. Breathwork can be a profoundly healing practice when held by a qualified practitioner. It allows for deep nervous system relaxation, can be a catalyst for moving stuck emotions, and can even be a bridge to connecting to the transpersonal and the spirit world.

What are the benefits?

People come to breathwork for many reasons

Emotional release

Whether you are wanting to move grief, anger, or old pain - breathwork creates space for what the mind and body has stored to finally complete.

Clarity

Access states of deep presence and clarity. Many people describe a quality of clear knowing after a session — especially when they arrive with an intention

Nervous system reset

Deep relaxation and a strengthening of your capacity to be present, resilient, and to move energy the body has been holding.

Transpersonal experiences

For some, the breath opens altered states - a deep sense of connection, expansiveness, and guidance that can arrive through symbols, feeling, or sudden knowing.

my approach

My approach is rooted in my values around integrity and safety for my clients. It begins with me getting to understand your history — with the intention that I know what to look out for and to create safety. Knowing your landscape before we enter is how I keep the container safe.

Throughout the session you will remain in full agency. You can shift the breath, slow down, or stop at any point. My role is to hold the space, engage in hands-on techniques to help you find a fuller breath and to move energy - this is optional if you do not prefer hands-on work.

My approach also comes from my background in depth psychology and my experience with yoga and mindfulness practices — rooted in somatic awareness and the importance of connection to Self as a pathway for healing, transformation, fulfillment, and freedom in our lives.

breathwork sessions

  • Individual

    One-on-one sessions

A one-on-one session guided by me, where you experience this transformational practice supported by hands-on techniques, my presence and care.

Sessions can be purchased individually or in packages of 3 to 5, and in combination with 1:1 coaching. I recommend packages — the research shows that the more we breathe, the stronger our nervous system becomes, allowing for sustained benefits over time.

First session 2.5–3 hours. Subsequent sessions approximately 2 hours.

  • group

    Group sessions

I host small groups of 3–10 people — a team, a group of friends, or people simply drawn to exploring the breath together. Breathing together is a powerful and meaningful way to spend time.

Sessions run 2.5–3 hours depending on group size, and always include time for setting intentions at the start and group reflection at the close.

    Groups of 3–10 people.
