Leadership from the Inside out
Why work with me?
Your team is capable of more than it's showing. Often what's in the way isn't skill or effort, it's what happens in the space between people.
For a decade, I worked in IT consulting and advisory, partnering with executive leaders on high-stakes initiatives, from large-scale digital transformations to expanding a business into new markets. That work earned multiple awards and taught me these rooms from the inside: the pressure, the pace, the quiet cost of performing at that level without the inner ground to hold it.
What changed my work wasn't leaving that world. It was finding a different relationship to it. That's the shift I now help teams and leaders find for themselves.
I work with groups in a way that is playful, reflective, and experiential, so your team can develop new skills and build on the strengths they already have, in a way that feels good and is grounded in evidence.
Together we also bring awareness to the patterns quietly shaping how your team performs, the habits and dynamics that often go unseen. Once a team can see these patterns, it can begin to shift them.
The research backs this up. Across more than 180 teams, Google found the same thing again and again: the highest performing teams were the ones where people felt safe to speak openly and share ideas. That safety is what drove better conversations and more innovative solutions.
From there, we practice models your team can take straight into the workplace, so they become more innovative, more resilient, and better able to thrive in a VUCA environment.
What we work on together:
Building the adaptability and resilience to thrive in a VUCA environment
Adapting to change with more ease
Collaborating in ways that spark innovation
Navigating conflict safely and skillfully
Seeing the system clearly, so the team responds instead of reacts
How we do it
My work is grounded in the Five Dimensions of Leadership, a model developed by Roger Evans for building the inner capacities that strong teams and leaders share:
Self-awareness, the capacity to reflect and know oneself
Relational awareness, seeing our impact on others and the dynamics between people
Inner freedom, making clear choices and standing by them, even against resistance
Systemic awareness, seeing the whole, the parts, and the culture and forces at play
Knowing how to ask for support, inside and beyond the organization
I build these through playful, experiential practice, drawing on applied improvisation, relational exercises, and working with what is alive in the present moment. Together we develop new behaviors, competencies, knowledge, and skills your team carries forward long after our work ends.
Every engagement is designed around your team
I take the time to understand what your people are actually navigating, then build a bespoke experience to meet it, rather than run a fixed program off the shelf.
What it looks like:
Experiential workshops, group sessions, and retreats.

Let’s talk
The best place to start is a conversation. Every engagement is designed around your team, so together we'll shape the scope, the format, and the investment to fit what you actually need. Let's talk about what your team is navigating and explore whether this is the right fit.
